The bathroom facilities were outdated and unpleasant. The shower head was broken, and water quality was questionable with a foul smell. It was frustrating to deal with limited housekeeping and maintenance issues during our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay for 7 nights, enjoying the spacious two-bedroom suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms that really made our trip smooth and practical. We loved unwinding in the cozy lounge and definitely appreciated having access to the laundry facilities. Just a heads-up, though, the parking fees can add up over time, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

We had an amazing time staying in a Two Bedroom Platinum Suite with friends! The place was spacious and perfect after a day of exploring the Lincoln Memorial and the WWII Memorial. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the washer/dryer was a huge help. Overall, I recommend it for its comfort and location.

Our only issue was that we couldn't check in early, even though our room seemed empty. The staff wasn't as accommodating as we hoped, which was a bit frustrating.
